Overview of the Role:
· Multiple positions available· 20 hours per week (2 x 40 hour per week positions also available)· Semi-flexible hours between 4pm – 8pm weeknights or 9am – 5pm Saturdays
Your job will be to chase down leads by responding to candidates who have expressed an interest in studying at SOF. This involves following up potential students through phone calls, presenting the benefits of study, and journeying with them over a few months as they assess whether study is their next best step.
We see this as a vital role as you build the school team. Your belief in others will help release them into stepping out and into their destiny. You’ll be renumerated accordingly with a base salary of $25 p/h ($24,000 p/a) and on target earnings of $48,000 p/a for a 20 hour week. (Or $48,000 p/a and $96,000 OTE for a 40 hour per week position.)
Requirements for the Ideal Candidate:
· Excellent communication· Ability to build relationships· Previous experience in sales · Comfortable with phone conversations· Microsoft Office· BSSM training or study of other Bethel or evangelistic materials would be considered an asset· Own your own laptop
